KabuK Style Inc. (Representative Director: Kenji Sunada / Ryo Osera) will open its flagship HafH co-living facility in Kyushu, “HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE,” as a fixed-price housing service on February 1, 2020. Starting with the opening ceremony on February 1, a variety of events are planned to be held throughout February.
In addition, prior to the opening, from today (February 16, 2020), a project will be launched to sell discounted accommodation tickets starting at 820 yen per night through the crowdfunding service “Makuake,” which supports the purchase of new and experiential products.

1.HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE opened its doors on February 1st, 2020.
HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE is a flagship store of the flat-rate residence service “HafH”, which opened in the center of Fukuoka on February 1, 2020. The concept is “a place where each person’s LIFE intersects.” It is a place where people of different nationalities, religions, genders, and family backgrounds can feel welcome, whether they are looking for a change of pace while working, dropping by during a run, visiting Fukuoka as a destination, or simply wandering without purpose. The aim is to create a place where many people’s “LIFE” mix and mingle, making it a place where people want to say “I’m home” every time they visit. HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE hopes to serve as a hub for those traveling to Kyushu, other prefectures, or Asia, similar to an airport lounge.
The facility is located within walking distance of Hakata Station, the heart of Fukuoka City, and adjacent to the popular large-scale shopping mall “Canal City Hakata” and the sauna “Well-be Hakata.” It is also very convenient for getting to Tenjin and Nakasu, both of which are within walking distance. Additionally, a new subway station is scheduled to open in front of the facility in 2022.
Perfect for family and friend group trips. Up to 6 people can stay in the same room. The terrace, which also serves as a sub-entrance, offers rental bicycles for your use.

In collaboration with “Bike is life.”, a bicycle shop in Asakura City, Fukuoka, we will provide rental bicycle services at the entrance of the facility, with the hope that guests will explore every nook and cranny of Fukuoka city on locally-made bicycles.

2.Starting from February 1, events will be held daily! Guest speakers include Bachelor contestant Koyanatsu and Miura, CEO of The Breakthrough Company GO. Additionally, there will be events such as the “Hakata Social Marathon (#HakataCharson)” for those who want to learn about Hakata!
Starting with the opening ceremony on February 1, we will hold events every day. We welcome media coverage for all events. In particular, at the opening ceremony, both representatives of KabuK Style, the company that operates HafH, will speak about future plans and everyone is welcome to attend.
◼︎On February 1st, HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE held a special talk session and introduced new staff members in celebration of its renewal opening.
The talk session featured guests such as Koiji Murayama, President of Ippi Holdings, a company that represents Kyushu, and Shotaro Ichihashi, CEO of Address Hopper Inc. and editor-in-chief of HOPPINGMAGAZINE, who represented those who challenge new ways of living. They discussed the future of Kyushu and new work styles with KabuK Style co-representatives Kenji Sunada and Ryo Osera. The opening ceremony was free to enter and included drinks and light snacks.

On Saturday, February 8th, join the HafH x Hakata Sharson Social Marathon and experience the city of Hakata by walking and running. Participants will receive an original T-shirt!
Let’s experience the city of Hakata on foot, by running, riding a bike, or taking the subway! We’re holding a tie-up event with the “Charson” running event where people connect with each other. Only the start and end points are fixed, and you’re free to take detours and choose your own mode of transportation on this social marathon (Charson). Let’s all wear original T-shirts and do a high-five with fellow participants saying “Kanpai!” whenever we cross paths! Let’s go around Fukuoka’s guesthouses, restaurants, gyms, and more at our own pace!

The HafH (Home away from Home) project, a global flat-rate accommodation service, started in 2018 with the concept of “Travel the world and work.” Thanks to the support of many people, the previous project raised more than 10 million yen, surpassing its goal. Starting with the opening of the first HafH store, HafH Nagasaki SAI, the project has expanded to about 150 cities and 200 locations around the world.
To coincide with the opening of HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE, a new project titled “Let’s have a base to travel, work, and live in Fukuoka!” will start today (January 16th).
