“HafH Goto The Pier,” a directly managed HafH location, will open in the popular city of Goto as a relocation destination. Move-ins will begin in April 2020.

HafH has opened a new directly-managed facility called “HafH Goto The Pier” in the popular immigration destination of Goto City, which includes rental offices with meeting rooms and registration capability. The facility opened on April 1, 2020. In addition, HafH is holding the “Spring Co-living Campaign – First Term Recruitment” at its existing directly-managed facilities in Nagasaki prefecture, and is also recruiting on-site community managers.

KabuK Style Inc. (Representative Director: Kenji Sunada / Ryo Osera) has opened “HafH Goto The Pier” as a direct store of the flat-rate housing service “HafH” in Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture, and will start accepting tenants from April 1, 2020. This is the third direct store in Nagasaki Prefecture and the first outside Nagasaki City. Located in the popular destination of Goto City, it is equipped with meeting rooms and offices, and can be used as a trial destination for relocation or as a base for the “workation” initiative that Goto City is promoting.

Prior to the opening of the Goto City store, the “Spring Co-living Campaign – First Period Recruitment” has started at the existing two stores in Nagasaki City. The target residency period is three months from April to June 2020, with one month’s free rent, and the rent is effectively 54,000 yen (including security deposit, key money, utilities, Wi-Fi, and HafH accommodation rights for 10 days every month). At the Goto City store, there is also a recruitment for a community manager position for non-residents of the island.

The café space on the first floor of the SERENDIP HOTEL GOTO is available as a co-working space. You can enjoy delicious coffee while talking to hotel visitors or participating in events with local people. About Goto City:

Goto city is composed of 11 inhabited islands and 52 uninhabited islands located about 100 kilometers west of Nagasaki City in Nagasaki Prefecture. It is a tourist destination rich in natural landscapes such as beautiful sandy beaches and cultural and historical assets, and has the constituent assets of “Hidden Christian Sites in the Nagasaki Region” registered as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, and is gaining attention in tourism. HafH Goto The Pier is seeking a community manager who will live on site and engage in community building with other residents for three months, while also serving as the point of contact for HafH members.
