This emergency support campaign is aimed at those who are having difficulty finding a place to live or work. It is the first time since the service began that they have offered a discount of up to 50% on usage fees. Existing members can also take advantage of the campaign for eligible plans.

◼︎Background to this campaign Currently, due to the changes in lifestyle caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus, some people are having difficulties finding a place to live or work.
Examples include:
- Japanese people who have returned from overseas in an emergency, but are having trouble finding a place to live.
- Foreigners who are unable to return to their home country due to various reasons.
- People who normally work remotely and use hotels or guesthouses as their place of residence, but are now having difficulty finding a place to work or sleep due to travel restrictions or hotel closures.
- People who are looking for a place to work due to difficulties in remote work at home caused by the prevention of the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Considering the increasing number of people facing difficulties finding a place to live or work due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, HafH will implement this campaign as emergency support.
